-Parboil sausage
-Steam sausage (meat and liver) and duck for 40 mins
-Include ham if available
-Slice sausage
-Cook rice aprox 35 mins.
-Upon bubbling/steaming or 70% cooked or 25 mins in, add sliced sausage and cover immediately
-After 30 mins add oyster sauce and cook for 5 more mins.
