Lamb in red curry

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons curry powder or 1 tbs curry paste
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon paprika
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
salt to taste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 cup plain or greek yogurt
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 lemon, juiced

Add in lamb shank until tender

Beef brisket with cinnamon

Use meat for beef stock and set aside meat and some stock.

Olive oil
5 cloves of garlic
1 whole onion (chopped)
Add in 1 tbs brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 -2 tbs Indonesian soy sauce
1 tbs vintage soy sauce
1/2 tbs whole pepper
2 star aniseed
1 bay leaf
Add in beef brisket
Water or beef stock
1 tbs tomato paste
Optional : add carrots

Bring to a boil and simmer until tender
