Paksiw

Chop lechon
Chop garlic 1 whole roughly
White vinegar
Bay leaf
Liver spread or pâté
Black pepper
Mang Tomas lechon sauce
Sugar
Water

Add oil in pan
Add on garlic until fragrant
Add in lechon
Add white vinegar
Add add
Mang Tomas
Add liver spread
Add bay leaf, black pepper and sugar
Add water to dilute
Bring to a boil
