1. Par boil and put in pressure cooker beef shank. Keep 1 cup stock.
2. Marinate overnight with oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, dark soy sauce
3. Next day, Add in pot olive oil, butter and sauté the beef, once all sides are brown, remove and set aside.
4. Add chopped 6 garlic, half onion and mushrooms. Add in cooking cream or 1 can Campbell's mushroom mixed with some hot water. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cook with beef until very tender.
5. Add fried garlic upon serving.

Gambas
- 6-8 chopped garlic
- 12 pcs shrimps... Make sure to pat dry
Heat pan, add oil. Sauté garlic in oil. Once sizzling hot. Try 1 shrimp. If hot enough add in the rest. A hot pan is needed so that the shrimp won't sweat. Add in salt, paprika, mixed Italian spices.
Remove from heat once color changes to pink.

Kinamatisan na Manok
Ingredients :
6 pcs chicken thigh, cut in half
6 Garlic cloves - chopped
1 whole onion - diced
1 stalk leek (white part only)
5 Mid size tomatoes - remove seeds and cut
2 Potatoes - cubes
1-2 patis
sprinkle thyme
4 tbsp cornstarch in 6-8 tbsp water as thickening agent.
1. In a pot, add oil and brown chicken and set aside.
2. add in onions, leaks, garlic
3. add in red pepper and the tomatoes
4. add in chicken back in the pot
5. add 1 tsp of patis
6. some thyme
7. add in hot water until very slightly covering the chicken in high heat
