Lamb shank adobo with balsamic vinegar
Fry 5 pcs whole garlic on oil
Add rock sugar and add in lamb shank
Add in 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar and some soy paste.
Add in salt and whole pepper
Add 2 bay leaves
Add some water
Simmer until tender
