Turbo cooking

Always serve immediately

Cooking: 250 degrees for 7 mins to give good color. Cut to divide big parts. +7mins @250 degrees or +4mins @ 190 to reheat.

Reheat: 190 degrees at 7 mins if 1" thick and direct from the ref + 4 mins + 2 mins to reheat
