Steaming fish

Whole fish
1/2 kilo 12 mins.
1 kilo 14 mins.
1.5 kilos 16 mins

Fillet
1/2" at 5 mins
3/4" at 7 mins
1" 10 mins
1.5" 12mins

Add sesame oil in pan, sauté ginger, leeks and put on fish. Add wansoy on top.

Set aside steamed water. In a pan, bring to a boil water, add 1/4 cup soysauce, 2. tbs brown sugar and 1 tbs sesame oil
And put on fish.
